Within the Care and Support Administration, we have full-time as the norm. This means that all permanent employees fundamentally have a full-time position. More information about what this means for this position will be provided during a potential interview. Exempt from full-time as the norm are personal assistants.

We are part of Uppsala Municipality and work based on assistance decisions, routines, and clear guidelines. The assignment requires good administrative skills, teamwork abilities, and an understanding of the complexity of home care.

Job Responsibilities

As a planner, you are responsible for the daily operational planning and ensure that the right services are provided at the right time and with the right competence. You are a key person in the operation and support the operations manager while coordinating work between staff, licensed personnel, case managers, and relatives. The workday is dynamic and requires you to quickly plan and manage staffing under changing conditions. The assignment also includes home visits.

Your role includes:

  • Responsible for daily planning and rescheduling
  • Manage staffing and scheduling
  • Ensure good communication between different professions
  • Work structured in Office and operational systems
  • Conduct home visits as needed
  • Responsible for the operation's mobile phones and installation and management of apps

You are expected to have a good overall understanding of the complexity of home care and be able to prioritize when conditions change rapidly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Good administrative skills and experience with Office
  • Experience working in home care
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

  • Experience with LifeCare Provider
  • Experience with LifeCare Planning
  • Previous work as a planner in home care
  • Good digital competence

Personal Qualities

You are proactive, responsible, and drive the work forward towards set goals. You are flexible and adapt quickly to changing conditions. You have good teamwork skills, communicate clearly, and handle situations calmly and solution-oriented.
